New construction of a multi-purpose business park on the highway route, situated to the west of the city of Rijeka in the cadastral area of Kastav at the Adriatic Sea. The urban concept of the building is based on the land nature of the surrounding development and functional requirements. The building is designed as compact mass structured according to its specific internal functions in compliance with the local building regulations.
